CERT III & IV

Mount Pleasant College offers nationally recognised Certificate III & Certificate IV in Music qualifications. In this course, you will gain a foundational understanding of music theory and be exposed to song writing, music performance and music production, while gaining valuable experience in each field. In Certificate IV, you will begin to specialise as you write, record and release your own EP.

 

While studying at MPC, you will have access to our professional rehearsal, performance, and recording facilities in which to develop your craft. Our talented and dedicated trainers have the skills and experience to help you share your music with the world. You will be stretched as artists and producers which may open up new career opportunities in music composition, professional performance and music production.

 

Throughout the music courses you will compose, arrange, record and produce your own original music and audition for the annual MPC industry showcase event.

 

Upon completing these courses you will be well prepared for industry placements and internships or continue to advanced music studies.
