Drea Onamade - Keynote Speaker
Drea is a soulful Perth-based singer blending gospel, R&B, and hip-hop into her own unique sound. Of Nigerian-Jamaican descent, her music reflects faith, vulnerability, and personal storytelling. A Top 8 finalist on Australian Idol 2024, Drea has opened for Billy Ocean, Six60, Drax Project and Jordan Rakei, with new music on the way.
James Newhouse | Music Producer | Music Stream
James is a Producer/Mix Engineer/Mastering Engineer with a unique country stay studio on acreage in the bush - Bunbury, Western Australia. He was worked with a range of WA artists including: John Butler, San Cisco, The Waifs, Birds Of Tokyo, Operator Please, Van She, Kasey Chambers, and Clare Bowditch.
Adam Fisher | Senior Character Artist, Epic Games | Game Design & Animation Stream
Adam is a Senior Character Artist working for Epic Games. He has previously worked as a Freelance Character Artist with experience creating characters for games, and collectibles/statues.
Marcus Wong | Freelance Filmaker | Film Stream
Marcus Wong is a humanitarian filmmaker, photographer, and public speaker who uses visual storytelling to amplify unheard voices and fight injustice. His work has taken him to Uganda, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and rural Australia. His work focuses on creating cinematic documentaries that showcases stories of hope amidst communities impacted by poverty.
Jack McAuliffe | Senior Creative Designer, BLOCK Branding | Design Stream
Jack McAuliffe is a senior designer and creative at Block Branding with nearly a decade of experience. He began his creative journey as a tattoo artist before studying graphic design at ECU. His career gained momentum in Amsterdam, where he worked as a designer at Dentsu Creative on clients including Porsche and Volkswagen. Jack’s passion for design is driven by a constant desire to grow, push ideas further, and create work that’s both thoughtful and impactful.
Paul Bui | Director, MONK Media | Design Stream
Designer, developer, and lover of all things DIY (especially if it’s made of wood ). With a background in computer science, Paul blends tech and design seamlessly - specialising in WordPress, frontend development, and creative problem-solving.

Tom Schofield | Associate Lecturer & Independent Game Developer |Game Design & Animation Stream
Tom has worked as a 3D artist for the past ten years after completing the Games Art and Design course at Murdoch University, where he now teaches 3D modelling for video games. He has worked on games adjacent projects in training and simulation, has contributed to the video game Squad and is currently working on multiple local video game projects.

What should I bring?
Great question. You may wish to bring a notebook/journal/phone to take notes as you learn from Creatives – Lunch is included & we have a cafe on site if you would like to purchase any extra drinks / snacks.
Why 16 - 25 years old?
We’ve given these rough guides to give an idea of the content range for the event. Each industry professional will be creating presentations to cater for this age group – particularly those beginning or on their way through creative arts industry study with a desire to learn more about industry life from creative professionals.
Can I accompany my child as a parent / guardian?
Absolutely – if you would like to accompany a student as a parent / guardian you are more than welcome to purchase a ticket and attend the event.
What does my ticket cost cover?
We’ve worked hard to keep ticket costs as low as possible – with thanks to the City of Melville partnering with us for this event. The ticket cost covers access to all session with our guest speakers for the day PLUS a light lunch is included.
Is lunch included?
Yep! A light lunch will be catered for during the event, included in the ticket cost.
